Syarat & Ketentuan
This package covers one combined gastroscopy and colonoscopy session; repeat procedures require separate booking and pricing
Polypectomy for up to 2 polyps ≤ 5 mm is included; larger polyps, additional polyps, or EMR (endoscopic mucosal resection) are charged at standard procedural rates
Histopathology is included for up to 3 biopsy specimens; additional specimen analysis is charged at standard laboratory rates
The package price includes standard intravenous sedation; monitored anaesthesia care (MAC) by a specialist anaesthetist is available at an additional charge
If the bowel preparation quality is inadequate (Boston Score < 6), the colonoscopy may need to be repeated on a separate date and will be charged accordingly

- Contact the Endoscopy Suite at least 48 hours before the procedure if you need to reschedule
