Conducted over two mornings, this package includes tumour markers (CEA, CA 19-9, CA 125, AFP, PSA), low-dose CT lung screening, colonoscopy or FIT stool test, mammogram (women) or prostate MRI (men), liver ultrasound with AFP, and a 45-minute multi-marker review with A/Prof. Sarah Lim or a designated oncology consultant.

This package is valid for one individual per booking and is strictly non-transferable
Colonoscopy is subject to a pre-procedure medical assessment; patients deemed unfit may receive the FIT alternative without price adjustment
Polyp removal of up to 2 lesions ≤ 5 mm is included; larger or additional polypectomies are charged separately
Histopathology fees for biopsies taken during colonoscopy are included up to three specimens; additional specimens are charged at standard laboratory rates
Positive or suspicious findings may necessitate additional imaging or procedures not covered by this package

Apa yang Diharapkan
- Day 1 morning: Arrive fasting at the Health Screening Centre for registration and blood draw
- Urine sample collection immediately following blood draw on Day 1
- Low-dose CT chest scan completed in the Radiology Department — approximately 10 minutes
- Liver ultrasound performed by a specialist sonographer on Day 1
- Mammogram (women) or prostate MRI (men) scheduled on Day 1 afternoon or Day 2 morning
- Day 2 morning: Arrive for colonoscopy or FIT sample review (colonoscopy patients must complete bowel preparation the prior evening)
- Skin lesion assessment by the oncology clinician prior to the consultation
- Comprehensive 45-minute oncologist consultation on Day 2 to review all results to date
- Any outstanding imaging reports delivered to the patient portal within 48 hours
- Receive personalised written cancer risk stratification report with surveillance plan
Persiapan
- Fast for at least 8 hours before Day 1 blood draw and liver ultrasound; water is permitted
- If colonoscopy is selected, commence low-residue diet 2 days before Day 2 and complete prescribed bowel preparation solution the evening prior
- Avoid iron supplements and red meat for 3 days before the FIT stool test if that option is chosen
- Women should schedule the mammogram in the first two weeks of the menstrual cycle when breast tissue is least dense
- Avoid applying deodorant, perfume, or talcum powder to the underarm or breast area on mammogram day
- Inform the coordinator of any prior cancer diagnosis, surgery, or chemotherapy as this may affect panel selection
- Bring all previous cancer screening results, biopsy reports, or imaging records for the oncologist to review
- Arrange for a companion to accompany you home after the colonoscopy, as sedation is administered
- Disclose all medications, especially anticoagulants, at least 5 days before the colonoscopy appointment
- Contact the Cancer Screening Coordinator at least 72 hours in advance for any scheduling changes
